1. Definitions

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

9. Account Suspension and Termination

h5slot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms, (b) fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity is suspected, (c) you provide false information during registration or KYC, (d) you create multiple accounts, (e) you engage in bonus abuse, (f) you use prohibited software or betting strategies, or (g) we are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

Upon suspension or termination for breach of Terms, h5slot may forfeit your account balance, withhold winnings, and pursue recovery of any costs incurred as a result of the breach. 9.2 Self-Exclusion and Voluntary Closure

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered dormant. h5slot reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 on dormant accounts with positive balances until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. Dormant accounts with zero balance may be closed after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
